Trevor Glenn

Managing Director

Trevor joined the Focus Acquisition team as a Managing Director in early 2024, after several years of working as an independent M&A advisor. He now works with clients to identify and liaison with prospective acquisition targets.

He began his career at Morgan Stanley in New York in their Private Capital Markets Group, where he helped to advise private companies on their capital raising and M&A objectives totaling more than $1 billion in deal volume. Following his time at Morgan Stanley, Trevor took a yearlong backpacking trip around the world as a way to broaden his cultural understanding and then spent two years living in San Juan, Puerto Rico working for a global macro hedge fund.

He holds a degree in Finance with distinction from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and is an avid practitioner of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, currently holding the rank of purple belt. Trevor resides in New York City and also enjoys running, skiing, and pulling for his alma mater UNC Tar Heels and his hometown Carolina Panthers.
