For Intermediaries

Focus’ effort to build long term, mutually beneficial relationships with intermediaries and advisers is essential to its strategy. Investment bankers and brokers benefit by leveraging Focus’s deep network of investment groups to provide well-qualified introductions to their clients at no cost. Focus can often dramatically increase the number of introductions to qualified investment groups for intermediaries by assessing its proprietary database of investors.

Quality Investors
Focus maintains relationships with more than 400 private equity groups, family offices, and strategic investors, which together manage more than $100 billion of capital and represent a breadth of industry experience and investment styles.

Efficient Introductions
Our deep client knowledge allows Focus to identify the investors best suited for completing a deal in a timely and efficient manner. Our existing relationships with these groups means your deal gets in front of the right buyers quickly and receives the attention it merits.

Compensation
Focus's investors pay all of our fees; we do not ask sell-side intermediaries to share fees or charge clients.

Referral Sources
For individuals and firms who do not formally represent the sale of a company, Focus pays generous referral fees for introductions that lead to successful transactions. In the event you do not wish to receive a referral fee, Focus will gladly make a donation to the charity of your choice. Please Contact Us for more information.

Sharing an Opportunity
We look forward to working together on your next deal. To evaluate an investment, Focus typically requires the following information to assess the opportunity and provide timely feedback:

  • General business overview (e.g. description of products and services, market served, competitive position, growth strategy, or business plan)

  • Description of management team

  • Three years of audited financial statements
