Chris is a founding partner of Focus Acquisition Partners. He is responsible for working with a broad array of clients who have an interest in financial services, manufacturing, distribution and business services in North America.
He is a veteran entrepreneur and a former commercial banker. During his career Chris has owned and successfully grown a series of middle market manufacturing and business services companies. He was a founder of the Flagship Bank (Worcester, MA) and he is an active private investor. Drawing upon this broad and diverse background he has held senior leadership positions for over 25 years.
He is the former president and CEO of SciTech Plastics Group, LLC, a $60 million vertically integrated manufacturer of medical and commercial devices which he successfully sold and is now part of Vaupell Plastics. Prior to that, he was the founder and owner of the Brookfield Group, which he transformed from a single facility into a precision manufacturing firm with locations throughout New England. Chris also served as the COO of Nanlo Publishing, a regional community newspaper printing and publishing firm, and also was a Senior Vice President at Shawmut Bank, a multi-billion dollar bank holding company.
Chris is a graduate of Boston University with a BA and a graduate of the Stonier School of Graduate Banking. Chris holds two patents for flexible, medical dispensing devices, is a published author, and an active community volunteer. He is married and enjoys running, mountain biking and skiing.

David Parsons

David is a founding partner of Focus Acquisition Partners. He is responsible for developing private equity relationships and working with clients with a broad array of acquisition interests. Additionally, he is responsible for sourcing proprietary deal opportunities for Focus clients.
David is a veteran entrepreneur and active private investor. Prior to helping launch Focus, he co-founded and held senior executive positions in financial services and money management firms where he formulated and guided investment philosophy. These firms specialized in modeling and executing trading and investment programs with an emphasis on futures and options investing. He has extensive experience raising and managing institutional capital.
David is a graduate of Northwestern University with a BS in Industrial Engineering and Management Science and earned his MBA in Finance from the University of Chicago. David is a published author of commodities trading and money management concepts. David is married with three boys and lives in Hanover, NH.
